Martie Nightingale, CNM, DNP, DipACLM, MSCP, PMH-C

Martie Nightingale is a triple board-certified Nurse-Midwife specializing in women’s health, lifestyle medicine, and menopause care. She provides evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on sustainable health across the lifespan.

Martie’s interest in health and wellness began early, shaped by an active childhood spent outdoors and participating in team sports. During college, she adopted a whole-food, plant-based diet and began teaching plant-based cooking and nutrition classes—an experience that laid the foundation for her work in lifestyle medicine and culinary nutrition education.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2004 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2011. She became board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine in 2022 and Menopause Care in 2024. She also holds certification in Perinatal Mental Health and has additional training in sexual medicine.

Clinically, Martie provides full-scope women’s health care, including pregnancy, postpartum care, and deliveries, as well as lifestyle-based support for conditions such as metabolic health concerns, hormonal transitions, and reproductive planning.

Outside of clinical practice, Martie enjoys yoga and meditation and has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training along with multiple meditation retreats. She is an endurance athlete with experience in triathlon, cycling, and running, and can often be found outdoors—on a bike, in the mountains, or immersed in a good book.
